What is SJB?
We are students of Showa Women's University in Japan who are working to spread Japanese food in Boston.
In 2022, we are spreading "Nikujaga".
Our activities in 2022
The Japanese food we will be promoting this year is "Nikujaga" (Japanese meat and potato stew).
Nikujaga is a classic Japanese home-style dish.
It was chosen because of its familiarity with potatoes, one of the staple foods of Americans.
We want everyone to make "Nikujaga".
